Neticom has, through its subsidiary Ciaonet OÜ, acquired shareholding in Serenda Invest OÜ. Serenda Invest OÜ operates the popular Estonian social networking site Rate.ee and the majority shareholder in the company with 51% of the shares is AS EMT.
